Digital Product Policy:

All sales of our digital PDF products are considered final. Due to the immediate and permanent nature of digital downloads, we DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges once a PDF has been downloaded or accessed. Please ensure you have reviewed the product description, checked compatibility with your software (if applicable), and are certain about your purchase before completing the transaction.

Exceptions:

While we generally do not offer refunds, we are committed to ensuring you have a positive experience. We may consider exceptional cases under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Glitches/Corrupted Files: If you receive a PDF that is corrupted, incomplete, or unreadable due to a technical issue on our end, please contact us within 4 days of your purchase. We will promptly investigate and, if confirmed, provide you with a working version of the PDF or offer an exchange for an equivalent product. Please provide your order number and a description of the issue, and if possible, a screenshot or sample of the corrupted file.
  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same PDF twice, please contact us with details of both orders. We will review and, if confirmed, arrange for a refund for the duplicate purchase.

Please Note:

We do not offer refunds for:

  • "Change of mind" or buyer's remorse.
  • Your inability to use the PDF due to incompatible software or hardware on your end.
  • Failure to read the product description before purchasing.
  • We reserve the right to deny any refund or exchange request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
